The typical standard therapy session is 50 minutes.

This depends upon the situation and the clients involved—generally we meet once a week.  This may vary depending upon need, logistics, finances, etc.

Generally I work to get a basic history of my clients and discuss what isn't working in their current situation, then we set future goals.

I am a provider for several major insurance companies.  I provide all of the paperwork necessary to your company. We will discuss your particular policy over the phone and I will answer all your questions before our first session.

The answer to this question varies quite a lot. Some of the factors are related to what kind of situation clients find themselves in, and to what degree they are involved. Is it a chronic long-term problem they are facing, or more of a short-term, casual or situational issue? There are many contributing issues to consider for therapy length. I pride myself on offering solution-focused therapy with the goal of getting you back "out there" living a happy and productive life with satisfying relationships as soon as possible.
